Jusqu’à présent, à dominance francophone, la Grenobloise a décidé de changer de langue pour son art et de revenir à ses premières amours : le rock et la langue de Shakespeare. Car de ses divers séjours à Londres, Liverpool, Manchester, ou encore Glasgow, qu'elle nomme sa « Déambulation artistique » Marianic est revenue la tête et le cœur plein de sons et de mots anglais.
Les récents titres de l’artiste, sortis sur les plate-formes, ont été enregistrés en France, mixés à Manchester et masterisés à Londres. “Alice’s room” ''Fucking crook'' ''The great rehearsal'' ont fait l'objet de clips réalisés par l'artiste, elle-même, aidée de ses musiciens et complices Nico, Pat et Franck. Vous les trouverez sur sa chaîne YouTube : « Marianic's TV ». Le clip « Alice's room » est même arrivé, en juin 2023, à la 4ème place du London Music Vidéo Festival, pas loin du podium !
Son dernier single ''Dear Patti'' (hommage à Patti Smith) est sorti le 6 novembre 2023. D'ailleurs, Patti Smith a adressé le 7 décembre un « Thank you ! » à Marianic sur Instagram ! Et son rêve s'est réalisé : elle l'a rencontrée le 19 juillet 2024 à Nîmes et elles ont discuté....
Un virage est pris, avec ces nouveaux titres rocks, écrits en anglais. Cette poignée de belles chansons généreuses et entraînantes illuminent son album, ''SPARKS'' (Étincelles), sorti le 5 novembre 2024, sur toutes les plateformes.
Ces titres ont déjà été joués en live par le groupe. Des extraits vidéos de leurs divers concerts live sont visibles sur la chaîne Youtube de Marianic, mais également sur la chaîne de « France 3 Auvergne Rhône Alpes ». Car en décembre 2023, le groupe a fait l'objet d'une interview et d'un enregistrement live de 3 titres, sur le plateau de France 3, pour l’émission « Studio 3 Le Mag », diffusé sur France 3. Le 29 mai 2024, Marianic a également participé à l'émission de Télé Grenoble, « Si On Parlait » et a interprété « Dear Patti », en solo pour clôturer l'émission.
Les premiers sons de Marianic, plutôt « French Pop-rock », sont disponibles en streaming sur toutes les plate-formes depuis 2009, année où un premier album a vu le jour, « Dans ma love song ». S’en est suivi un deuxième en 2014, « Cure de désintox' », un peu plus rock, et un single en 2016, « Icare Song » Hymne en hommage à la Coupe Icare (événement mondial de vol libre, au Plateau des Petites Roches, Fr. 38)

Until now, predominantly French-speaking, the Grenoble native has decided to change the language of her art and return to her first loves: rock and the language of Shakespeare. From her various stays in London, Liverpool, Manchester, and Glasgow, which she calls her "Artistic Wandering," Marianic returned with her head and heart full of English sounds and words.
The artist's recent tracks, released on platforms, were recorded in France, mixed in Manchester and mastered in London. “Alice’s room” ''Fucking crook'' ''The great rehearsal'' were the subject of music videos directed by the artist herself, with the help of her musicians and accomplices Nico, Pat and Franck. You will find them on her YouTube channel: "Marianic's TV". The video "Alice's room" even reached 4th place at the London Music Video Festival in June 2023, not far from the podium!
Her latest single, "Dear Patti" (a tribute to Patti Smith), was released on November 6, 2023. In fact, Patti Smith sent a "Thank you!" to Marianic on Instagram on December 7! And her dream came true: she met her on July 19, 2024, in Nîmes, and they chatted....
A turning point has been reached with these new rock tracks, written in English. This handful of beautiful, generous, and catchy songs illuminate their album, "SPARKS," released on November 5, 2024, on all platforms.
These tracks have already been performed live by the band. Video clips from their various live concerts can be viewed on Marianic's YouTube channel, as well as on the "France 3 Auvergne Rhône Alpes" channel. In December 2023, the band was interviewed and recorded live with three tracks on the France 3 set for the show "Studio 3 Le Mag," broadcast on France 3. On May 29, 2024, Marianic also participated in the Télé Grenoble show "Si On Parlait" and performed a solo performance of "Dear Patti" to close the show.
Marianic's first sounds, rather "French Pop-rock", have been available for streaming on all platforms since 2009, the year in which a first album was released, "Dans ma love song".
